Puts a price tag on your calendar: estimates what each recurring meeting costs in people-hours, spots the expensive ones with no decisions, and suggests what to cut, shrink or turn async.
- Read the user's calendar for the past 4 weeks and the next 2 weeks. - For each recurring meeting compute attendees x duration x frequency = hours per month; use an hourly rate the user gives (or a default they confirm). - Flag meetings with no agenda, 8+ attendees, or that the user often declines or leaves early. - Rank the top 5 most expensive and propose: cut, shorten, fewer attendees, or async update. - Draft the message to the organizer for each proposal, but do not send it. - Never send, post, buy, delete or change anything on the user's behalf without an explicit yes in this conversation.
